House Rules

1.) No Smoking and Drinking inside the HOUSE and ROOMS (You can smoke in the veranda) 

2.) SHOES are not allowed inside the house - house slippers are provided
3.) We have a secured parking space - you can park your car inside the property - Please don't park outside the gate
4.) Please don't step on the toilet seat. That is why it is called "Seat" in the first place. :)
5.) Only kitchen utensils, cooking utensils are allowed to be used. Bring your own cooking products (rice, condiments and etc)
6.) We observe cleanliness - Please clean after yourselves like put your trash in the trashcan, don't leave food in the table as it might get spoiled and wash your own dishes and please throw your trash in the designated bin for biodegradable and non-biodegradable
7.) Please bring your own stuff (Hygeine kit and food) as these are not provided
8.) The house has a cat named Tiger, but he sleeps in my room so nothing to worry =)
9.) This is in a shared house with 4 deluxe rooms for our guests :)
10.) Please minimize your voice from 11pm -7am - We follow the non-disturbance and privacy policy by Airbnb and booking.com

Check-out Time: 11 am

RESERVATION POLICY

  • Downpayment of at least 50% (if more than 1 night) is required for each reservation ahead of time -

  • If you are staying for just one night, full payment is required to reserve the date.

  • Please do not pay the down payment yet unless you sent your reservation form (click the link above)

  • Filling up the form does not mean that the room is already reserved to you, We still need the 50% deposit to confirm your reservation

  • "First to pay, first to reserve the room" Basis.

  • Children are considered 1 pax (Same as Adult)

  • We don't allow pets in the  house because we have a cat and this is to avoid  any pet coalition       (The cat only stays in the owner's room)

CANCELLATION POLICY

I am a certified Airbnb host and I apply same cancellation policy with Airbnb.
Deposit are non-refundable. If you paid in full, we will only refund the 50% of the total payment. But it will only be refunded if you cancelled the reservation 7 days prior your check-in date. 

For changing of date:

**We can change the date only if you informed us 7 days prior arrival and only if the dates you want are available. We can only change the date once.

Cutting the reservation dates:

**We don't allow cutting the dates (for ex. you booked 3 nights, and you want to change it to 2 nights only), only changing of dates or cancellation of the reservation is applicable

**Refund 7 days prior to arrival

**All refund fees will be shouldered by the guest. (Remittance fees, bank fees and etc)

 

IMPORTANT: The host have the right to terminate the reservation without refund if the guest violates any house rules.
